Discus and support my headset is not working on my controller but works on other stuff in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my headset will work on things like phones and it is a afterglow headset and one day i put it in and i couldnt hear out of it.     xbox one controller

    My xbox one controllers aren't working with either of my headsets. The headsets work on other devices and the controller works on other games. Just not working together. I've tried shutting down the console, making sure the volume is correct , checked
    the audio on the xbox. Nothing is working.

    got this brand new controller yesterday and have been using a headset and out of nowhere my headset just stops working and it’s not the headset it’s the controller because the headset works perfectly fine on my old controller and now whenever I plug in my
    headset on my new controller it makes a loud staticky noice and won’t work

    Microphone only works for about 3-5 seconds, then cuts out and nobody can hear me.

    I'm having the same exact issue. Ive tried controllers and headsets that work fine on other consoles and my headset and controller works fine on other consoles as well so I've eliminated that as the issue. Not sure what else to try.
