    Unless your headset is still under the 90 day warranty you will have to replace it yourself. It's not something that is fixable

    Did you purchase it from Microsoft directly?

    If it's under 6 months old and you didn't purchase it directly from MS, contact the retailer you bought it from. They are legally obliged to sort it out for you unless they can prove that you caused the fault.
