    My headsets have been making a static noise with the past 3 headsets I've had within the past 2 months. However, the static noise isn't constant. It just happens at random times, and it's more like a quick tap. I'm convinced it's something to do with my Xbox since it happened with my past 3 headsets including the one I have now (LS35X Wireless Headset) I tried resetting my Xbox too (Holding the power button until it turns off and unplugging the power cord) and that didn't work. I tried changing my "Headset Format" to "Dolby Atmos for Headphones" and that didn't work either.

    Based on your description, you are hearing random static noise on headsets you have worn that is connected to your Xbox device. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

    We would like to isolate your issue for better understanding of the issue.

    1. May we know if static noise happens on your previous headset and the recent one when you connect those headsets to a Windows PC? How about other devices?
    2. Do you mind sharing to us when do this static noise happen? Will it produce a static nose if you are in the middle of gaming?
    3. Have you tested this headset and the other headsets on a different Xbox console?

    I am having this exact issue. AND the stereo adapter headset popping/static noise issue. The Xbox One has been such a huge disappointment. Will be selling it soon if these issues aren't fixed by May.

    Good, stable fps, but insanely high input delay. (pls help im losing hope)

    One more thing, when recording videos with my microphone on, there's a static noise in the background, but when talking to my friends through the same mic it's clear. Can this problem have anything to do with the input lag. And this is just a small detail, no need to start helping with the static noise, just a detail, or maybe a clue.
