My HDMI does not show up in one guide.

Ever since i got my xbox one x it was not working. But i had roku plugged in to the hdmi in and read somewhere that roku wasn’t supported so i never bothered. Now i plugged in my amazon fire tv box(not stick) and its still not showing hdmi in the one guide.
It appears in the hdmi setup but I don’t see a way to watch on the one guide. I remember on my old xbox one I went on the guide and saw an option for hdmi and from there I would select it and watch whatever was plugged in (amazon,roku, cable etc).

I figured it out. I plugged in my hd tuner and messed around with the settings again and it worked

Hi Fellow gamer,

Thanks for coming to the forums. We understand having issues with one guide. We recommend to clear one guide and then try to see if it recognizes the HDMI.

Clear your OneGuide info and then refresh it to make sure you have the latest info from Xbox Live. Here’s how:

Press the Xbox button
 to open the guide.
Select System > Settings
> General > TV & display options >
TV & OneGuide.
Select OneGuide, and then select
Clear OneGuide.

It probably does use data. My regular tv guide doesn't have the picture of the show on it. The one guide shows the cover of the show on it.
