My happiness has been hit with a C-C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!

I would like to have someone that can help me respond to this, but I know that may not be possible....

On 12/7/2014, I purchased the Killer Instinct: Season 2 Combo Breaker Add-On.

I was - at that point - MORE than willing to pay $20 for what my brother and I saw as a "deal".

My brothers and I have been playing Killer Instinct for a LONG time. It was an early fighting game memory of mine, and I have the first game in its original console in front of my TV RIGHT NOW. I play it often, still.

I was so excited at the announcement of a new iteration, that when I saw its premier at the XBOX conference, I actually think I got an adrenaline burst. I'm sure MANY people felt this way, and the game DOES NOT DISAPPOINT. I wanted an XBOX ONE when it released,
but was out of a job, at the time. Having gotten some money, and with the recent price drop on the XBOX ONE, I knew I had to have one, if not just to own the system, for Killer Instinct alone. My first experience with the game had me laughing with short breath,
I was so excited. I haven't played a fighting game that brings this level of hype in a LONG TIME, and it is my favorite genre. I just wanted to give background on why this game is so important to me, so I could better express why I would appreciate some help,
here.

Having just bought this add-on, feeling that I couldn't regret it for the price I paid - especially since it is considered a "deal" - to turn the game on, eagerly awaiting Riptor's release, and see the complete version of the add-on I just bought (Season 2
Ultra Edition) on sale for just $4 more (23.99) upset me very badly. Not because of the money, but on principle.

I know people are nickel-and-diming with DLC, nowadays, but I truly trusted that this would be a deal. I'll still play the game, and I will still love doing so, but at this point I honestly feel cheated. As much as I appreciate this game, and the fact that
KI is even around, still, I don't like the idea that I had a problem like this so soon after getting the game. I went out and bought the physical copy when I got my XBOX ONE, before I'd even tried the game, trusting it would be a great experience for me, and
it mostly has been. This is why I have a request to make:

I understand this is the same as any other sale, with any other thing: I payed; it went on sale; I have to snap my fingers and get over it. However, I would like to propose something, if I may...

I payed $20 for the Killer Instinct: Season 2 Combo Breaker Add-On. I am inquiring as to whether there is ANY way we can return this add-on, and I will pay the extra $4 while it is still on sale to receive the Killer Instinct: Season 2 Ultra Edition. I understand
completely that this may be special treatment, and I got what I payed for. I'm not trying to get over on anyone here, I just genuinely enjoy this game, and would get the content I'm missing, had I not already payed for the lesser version.

If there's nothing we can do to resolve my issue, I appreciate your time regardless, and I'll leave you with one last request: unless there is a method of doing so that I am unaware of, please make a upgrade plan available. At this point, I feel like I shouldn't
have to pay full price to reach the Ultra Edition, when I already have the Combo Breaker. I believe this would help many players, as I've heard it mentioned rather often.
