    Error Message:

    My system attempts to load the reclaimer level of Halo 4 and cannot do so and I get a message that says "Players failed to load content. A player may be missing downloadable content. I have attempted to erase my downloadable content and the level in question
    will still not load. I have also turned off my system and restarted my internet and cleaned off my disc.

    I try to load my halo reach campaign mission, and it stops at 24% loading time And it says ''Player Failed to load content'' WHAT SHOULD I DO!!!!

    Halo 4 Missing Downloadable Content Campaign

    Unless, of course, the disk itself just got scratched since the last time you played that level. If the disk got scratched right where the data for that map is, you will fail to load content.

    Yes, there are numerous known glitches with Halo 4. They were nuts for not having a fully open public beta.

    But any time you are loading from an optical media disk and it says you are failing to load content you need to check to see if the disk is scratched or dirty.

    Of ten times if you switch disks while eating a snack you'll get a smudge on the data area of the disk that will cause this issue and it can be remedied by cleaning the disk surface.

    so apparently this is happening to a lot of people? crazy thing is im trying to install fallout 4 on my pc right now. Keeps saying on the app that "content failed to load" so maybe there is just something wrong with the xbox app right now?
