My hacked account got me permanently banned

So I turned on my xbox like anyother day but as I signed in I was notified that I had been permanent suspension placed on my account (using a new account to post) I checked my email associated with the account which directed me to the xbox enforcement page
but as I was permanently banned I couldn't place a case review. I then contacted xbox support I was then told to check the activity with my account and saw a log in from another country, so I immediately changed my password. Xbox Support then suggested I post
here on a new account as they don't deal with account suspensions. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks

permanent ban

I got Permanently banned in 2016 for cheating ok. I never cheated my account got hacked and next thing I know I lost all my money games etc.. I filed a case review and it's like nobody even read it. Which is some serious stuff. Because I'm losing my money!
I will give my information for that account so it can get fixed because this is not fair to me or anybody whose been hacked and permanently banned please fix

XBOX LIVES BAN HELP

Ok so about a week ago my account was hacked i recovered my account and i submitted a case and microsoft upheld it and they did not help me at all the person who hacked it got my account permanently banned and they dont help at all please send this to them

So because of awful security measures I lose my account of over 10+ years with numerous games and downloadable content over no fault of my own?

Thank you AJ for giving me that information. I logged into my Activision account and looked up the band status and I said I was permanently banned. I had no idea when that happened. I know a few months ago account got hacked from someone from Saudi so I got in my account changed all my passwords And probably still hacked because now I can’t play. I got onto my Activision account to the band and I said it was permanent so I put an appeal to see if I can get my account back. Thank you very much. Hopefully this works.

My account XxShutYoMouthxX has been hacked too. Since it got hacked the hacks got me banned and not i lost all my games and can't play on xboxlive
