MY gta won’t install when I already bought it

Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locate the order for the game, you should see it as “completed”. If ever it’s not showing from there it may mean that it’s on a different account, you may need to check them as well.

If you will purchase it, kindly try on the website.

thanks for replying when the Xbox was bought, it was bought with gta on it already so when I set it up, all i had to do was download the game and I didn’t need the disc. I have been playing on gta5 since December with no worries and now it won’t let me
play.

I have made sure that the console is set to it’s home console and it still won’t work. What do you mean when you say that the license was taken away?

Now when you say it had the game on it already did you buy the system used and the game was already on it?

Or did it come with a little card that had a 25 digit code on it that you would have put into the system on a profile?

Or when you turned the system on it was automatically showing up in the ready to install section of my games and apps?

Was there any other profiles on the console already when you bought it?

On console and it’s a disc every time I try to install gta it stops and won’t install anymore it only happens with gta.

I hope this works because it’s really frustrating, everytime when I play gta online my controller suddenly won’t respond.
