    My GTA V won't load up for me to install


    I bought GTA V a while back and it was working fine on my Xbox One, and recently I bought an Xbox One S, I transferred my Xbox One account over to the new one. I decided to install all my games again and they all work fine. Except GTA V, it has no scratches
    or Mark's on it. I have tried literally everything on the website. When I put GTA V in my old xbox one, it loads up and works fine. It wont even let me install it on my new one.

    Try clearing the cache and then reinstall the game bro.
    Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
    Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
    After trying this, reinstall the game.
    It may work for you :D.

    I can see how this could be frustrating or confusing.

    If you haven't yet, I would totally try to troubleshoot this issue by following the steps outlined in our

    How to troubleshoot problems playing a disc on your Xbox One     to hopefully isolate what is causing this problem.

    The only thing I probably won't like about GTA V is calling the online portion of it "Grand Theft Auto Online". Feels a bit retro.
