my GTA V online won’t work

I just bought a month of Xbox live, when I went onto gta v online it told me to buy online first so i bought another month then it said I do not have permission to play gta v online can anyone help or relate to what’s happening to my Xbox

Gts v installation

Gta v installation still won’t work after contacting Microsoft and doing all the troubleshooting still won’t work disc always stops at 32% and network stops at 23%

Stuck on loading screen

hi, GTA V is stuck on loading screen on XBO.

Won’t go into story or online.

I have tried cold restart, deleting game data and re-installing game with no luck.

Any ideas?

If it is saying that you are not online, check you connection settings and see what it says there. If that is all good, then it could be an issue with Rockstar's servers. Has the problem persisted?

I hope this works because it’s really frustrating, everytime when I play gta online my controller suddenly won’t respond.

Hi Ubaldo,

It is highly likely your experiencing problems related to Rockstar Games as you have attempted to play GTA V on two consoles to no avail. The troubleshooting guide for Rockstar Forums suggests you cache clear GTA V.
