    I have bought GTA V last week and I have been playing it since, I installed Disc 1 and all, and playing on Disc 2, but, every time I take the disc out I notice
    something...

    Keep in mind I have not moved the Xbox when the disc is inside, and it doesn't even get shaken a little at all.



    I look on the lower side, I notice
    this     , They are very light, visible only from a certain angle
    and they don't appear under sunlight...



    The game works fine, but I want to know can these damage my disc?

    I will not use toothpaste or any sander, just please tell me what is the cause of this and is it dangerous,

    Perfect Circle Scratch

    My GTA V disc has gotten the "Perfect Circle Scratch", and is unplayable. Is there any way at all I can get it working again, without having to buy another copy?

    I tried to install the game to the hard drive with the scratched disc, and it said the disc couldn't be read, but what if I use a friend's disc to install on my xbox?

    Well, if you move the 360, the Disc holder is what cause the circle scratch because the Disc gets out of place. The slim also has the Disc Holder. So then yes there is a possibility for some people to get the circle scratch on the Slim.

    You can get it repaired like Mister Gwyther has mentioned or you can rent a copy or borrow one from a freind and install it to your hardrive. That way you only need your damaged disk to start the game and it should start fine.

    Hey there Nova! I'm sorry to hear about your scratched disc. How do you have your console oriented? Also, make sure your console is on a stable platform that is away from foot traffic.
