My GTA 5 Save on Xbox One Got Reset

Ive been playing gta story mode and I got on today and I was back on one of the beginning levels and I've tried everything I chatted with a MS support agent and their troubleshooting didn't work and I don't want to restart the game. What can I do if anything?

Game save lost

First time getting FH1 onto XB1 my XB360 save file got lost in the clouds and didn't transfer. Fine. I completed the whole game out of a new save file. That save file got corrupted but still worked fine so I used it. I don't know if it's because of the FH1
save file corruption it asked me to reset my XBOX One cause Forza Motorsport 6, 5 and GTA 5 was also getting the reset message because it was corrupt, but my XBOX sent me reset messages so a couple months later I did. I selected save games and apps. Now the
save file created on the XBOX One for FH1 is gone. Any way to get it back? If yes let me know, if not then XBOX if you see this; Fix your system.

 

My account hacked or microsoft buggy?

so for an example my gta 5 online cars will be save and the only thing that will reset is my achivements?

 

This is a glitch. Once in reset story mode you need to manually load your save game file. Its still there.
