My group chat is not working

Kindly try to check your NAT type on your console:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General.

Select Network settings > Test network connection.

You need your NAT type to be Open to resolve this issue. You also want to be sure there are no errors such as Double NAT detected or UPnP not successful displayed.

Please let me know the results once you're done.

Group chat still works just fine. Just press the guide button & initiate a group chat before starting the movie. Easy.

Hello Cviniciusm, If you don't have any Enforcement suspensions or bans, try checking your NAT status.

"Your NAT type determines whether you can successfully use multiplayer gaming or party chat. The table below illustrates the differences between the NAT types and, based on your NAT type, who you can play multiplayer games with and hear in a party chat."

It says "group not found." So if I am not in the preview program as the chat representative said, what is the issue for my party chat not working after the most recent Xbox update?

Hi, thanks for replying! It is not a group chat, only a conversation between 2 people, so idk why this happened. I knwo they said group chats would be affected, but it also seems that group chats cannot be created through pc app neither... Lots of problems
