My grandson was suspended along with his friends due to another player"s temper tantrum,

My grandson and his friends were suspended a second time because another player became angry over not being able to win the game or something. it's not fair that all of them get punished based upon a lie. because of the immaturity of one and there is no
recourse for an explanation. I am an adult who pays for the account is there a way to track the person who is abusing the report system?

Why do you think the suspension that happened was based on a lie? Do you know anything about the Enforcement folks or what they do?

What you just posted is the biggest myth regarding Enforcement, that they suspend people for no reason. It isn't true. Every valid complaint is investigated and action taken if a violation of the rules have taken place. If your grandson hadn't responded
to the other player and just blocked and reported him then nothing would have happened to your grandson.
