    And also if you have Gold then everyone elses profile on the X1 has gold to my gold -Xbox 360 ;)

    can someone just confirm/clear up for me - can i roll over my gamer tag from xbox 360 onto the xbone and can i carry over my unused gold membership from my xbox 360 onto the xbone?

    i assume that if i roll over my gold account onto the xbone then i can no longer go online on the 360?

    Sorry to hear about the subscription trouble! If you head over to commerce.microsoft.com, do you see a completed transaction for your Gold subscription? If not, it may not have gone through.

    Yes it is possible to use the same Xbox Lice Gold account on both the Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles, I'm using the same Gold account on my Xbox 360 and Xbox One consoles.

    OK, I need a gold account for every individual playing on my single XBOX 360. Thanks.

    I'm not about to buy an XBOX ONE for at least a year. I'm wondering what plans Microsoft have for Home Gold for the XBOX 360 if any now that the family gold option doesn't exist - it would be good to be kept informed.

    If the Home Gold option is never going to exist on the XBOX 360, or if there was no replacement for the Family Gold Option then that would be good to know.

    Some clarification:

    I purchased an Xbox Live Gold 24 Month Subscription Card and activated it on my Xbox One. The account I activated it on is the same account I am attempting to use to play multiplayer on my Xbox 360. Whilst Gold works perfectly on my Xbox One for all profiles
    present on that device; my Xbox 360 does not even recognise that I have a Gold subscription on my account. Rather, it informs me that I need to purchase Gold to play online.

    I was under the impression that if you purchased a Gold subscription it would allow you to play online on that account across both Xbox 360 and Xbox One devices. Perhaps I am wrong about this.

    Any insight will be appreciated.
