My gold won't work

I am terribly sorry that you are experiencing this terrible thing going on with you. I wanted to respond to this and see what possibly is going on. So at one point, you had the membership and were playing games and then with in a span of 2-3 days it just
stopped working. Like the 2 other ambassadors said you might want to delete and re-add your account to the Xbox and/or purchase a digital code see if that works.

I would also recommend calling the support staff and see what the actual reason your are not able to access Xbox gold content. I'm not saying you did or not, but it's possible they could have account/isp ban you as well. That would be the worse case scenario
and I hardly doubt it but possible. That could be for violating codes of conduct or other multiple things, I really don't know and don't think that would be the case but better to check in and see what they say.

Hello, let us know whats going on now. When you loginto your Microsoft account does it show you have a current subscription? Does it show that you owe a payment for a subscription? Does it show in billing that you paid for this new subscription? I would
call XBox up and speak with a rep so they can enter your account and possibly see whats going on. Please come back and let us know if it was fixed!

Please check your account on https://account.microsoft.com/ in a broswer. There you should see if you still have an active subscription. If this is the case try the following:

Delete your profile from your Xbox. Then press the power button on your console until it turns off. Unplug the power cord for at least one minute and plug it back in. Restart your Xbox and redownload your profile. If there was something wrong with licenses
it should fix the issue.
