    My Gold Won't Renew


    Hey Guys I was wondering if you guys could help. The problem is my gold ran out, but when I renew it on the website it will say "all set" but then I come back a couple hours later and still no gold. I have tried this multiple times
    but nothing. it says the transaction worked but when I check my order history it doesn't even show it, leaving me stuck with no gold and stumped. let me know if you know how to help.

    Sometimes it won't let you renew your XBL Gold membership on your console. When that happens, try to renew via Xbox.com.

    Sometimes it won't let you renew your XBL Gold membership on your console. When that happens, try to renew via Xbox.com.

    No, it won't.... I make all my purchases on xbox with a debit card and use codes for my gold subscription. In my subscription details it says auto-renew isn't on.
