My gold subscription was cancelled.

my gold subscription was cancelled and I received email saying that they had not been able to process the payment, however the payment had been made a month ago, and it appears as completed in my history. Checking in my bank I made the payment for the year
of subscription.

Yeah, unless something has changed recently, you get to keep your Xbox 360 gold games.

But the Xbox One gold games you need to have an active subscription.

If i purchase a game at a reduced rate because i have a gold account
When i cancel my gold subscription do i lose the game
I appreciate that happens with the free monthly game
