My Gold subscription disappeared on my Xbox one

Bought a Xbox one about 2 weeks ago, ande bought 1 month of gold on it August 29. when i logged in today i couldn't play anything live because it said that I didn't have Gold. Has this happened to anyone else.

Also tried EA Access, bought it the same day and that still works

Xbox Live Gold disappeared

Hi,

I have Xbox Live Gold trial 30 days activated on January 31.

But on 1st of February status has disappeared. I can see, that I still have that subscription when I go to commerce.microsoft.com

However I have NO any more Live Gold subscription on my xbox one or xbox.com page.

Can anyone help?

At the end of May, I renewed my Xbox Live Gold subscription for one year. I logged onto my Xbox today, opened up Fortnite and I try to log in. The error message saying I need Xbox Live Gold to play pops up. I check my memberships and the subscription to
Xbox live has disappeared...

What the hell? Can someone help please?

Your gamertag is still showing as a Gold membership. Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that fixes it.

If it doesn't work then delete your profile only and the do the steps above before redownloading the profile to see if it works.

Ok, now you're showing as a Silver account. You should contact phone support for more assistance with this. 1-800-469-9269 in North America.

 

I have the same problem my gold should expire in december.. but now it says i don't have any gold.
