My Gold Status is not reflected in MyVip profile

I have had Gold status since the Xbox 360. Maybe even the OG Xbox but my memory doesn't go so far back. Currently, I am earning 4% cash back but according to my Gold status, I should be getting 8% cash back.

Xbox live Gold code not working

I recently redeemed a 12 month Xbox live gold account. It says it was accepted and my gold status is reflected on my homepage.. When I try to log into Elder scrolls online, it says I need a profile that supports multiplayer (mine does) or I need to purchase
a gold account.

Hello, I just put on a 3-month Xbox Live Gold membership. But it is not reflected in my profile. When I put it all, it was in order. Help me please

 

Going through my account history I found 92 Gold – 1 Month entries. At least 2/3 of the 92 are for my main Gold account with the other 1/3 being my sons so at least 60 months of Gold status for my primary account.

 

Yes, I am having this same issue too. I have been Gold since 2010 on X360 and in Jan 2018, it stopped reflecting I am Gold on Xbox Rewards. It is asking me to sign up for Gold. Also, my Jan 2018 refund did not reflect the 10% Gold
bonus. I only got 5%. It still shows I am Gold everywhere else on Xbox Live including support who claimed I started Gold on Jan 15. I thought it was because pn Jan 15, I redeemed a 3m Gold membership I bought to extend my time (Amazon was offering a buy 3m
get 3m free so I redeemed 6m total). But it maybe a glitch.

It takes us 96 hours to process and receive new activity. Since you only recently had your renewal, we have not received that information yet. Furthermore, we see multiple events listed on your account giving payback at the Gold status. For example, your
VIP Payback last month which states "MyVIP Star Rank 4 (Gold)".
