My gold membership sort of glitched

Hi all. All sorted. Finally got through to support who were very helpful.

The issue was that I had a current gold membership and the system couldn't handle both subscriptions.

Support cancelled my gold, which was fully refunded as it auto renewed less than 30 days ago. This enabled All Access to be activated.

A glitch in the system that should really be sorted out.

Please call support if the website says the same as you don't have Gold membership also even if paypal says the transaction was fine please log on to billing.microsoft.com and check if was indeed ok. If you can see purchase of your membership but you did
not get it please call support to sort it out because it might have been a glitch in the system.

My kids all have an xbox 360 with their own gamertags. I just bought an xbox one and the 59.99 gold membership. where do I go to add them to the gold membership? Is there a family pack of some sorts or does each kid need their own membership.
