    Xbox Live Gold membership not working??

    some reason my Xbox Live Gold membership is not working?? my membership does not run out until next year February 2019??

    I cannot connect online multiplayer please help?? it keeps saying I have to buy gold membership??

    My gold membership not working

    Heya!

    Let's have you power cycle the console by powering it down and then unplugging it for about 5 minutes. Then plug the console back in and sign back in to see if the issue persists.

    If that does not help be sure to
    remove your account    , then power cycle and sing back in once more.

    Post back and let us know if you are still running into issues after that!

    do you have gold membership on your account or home gold

    If home gold that would be why

    You need to have an actual membership for 360 games with gold

    Home gold only works with Xbox one

    If 48hour trial then no that's not gold
    I have the gold membership on my account.

    You need a full Gold membership to download the Games with Gold games. A trial membership will not work for that.

    I got the same thing but on FIFA 15, the problem was that my gold membership was over. And then the "auto" live thing changed my live to a free trial version, so I tried to buy a new gold membership and it worked.
