    My Gold membership isn't working.


    I bought a 12 month gold membership in November and now I'm getting messages to buy gold. I saw in my purchases that it's in process. Can anyone help fix?

    I purchased an Xbox gold membership and it charged my account twice and the membership isn't working

    I had to renew my Xbox live gold subscription and I was charged twice and my membership isn't even working.

    My Gold Isn't working

    So i just bought the xbox gold $1 deal because it was a black friday deal.

    Then i went to play an online fifa 18 game. It said i did not have gold an that i need to buy it to play despite the fact i just bought it.

    I have reset my xbox multiple times to see if it will refresh but not luck.

    Please help

    Xbox live Gold Membership isn't a contract, I didn't sign paper work for it and it isn't a creditor they don't run a credit company.

    Ok. That isn't working either. I tried it again after essentially doing that same thing through the re-format. Oh and it was a good time to learn that game saves are not tied to my gamertag. I mean, this isn't 1995, cloud saves should just be tablestakes,
    not gold memberships plus configuring. I'm still getting a gold membership soon though for all other features.

    So each person has to pay for a gold membership? It isn't a Gold Membership per Unit?

    Hello. The Starter Kit Gold membership isn't different than a regular Gold Membership so you will be fine.

    I think the fact that we pay for a service that isn't working is ridiculous. What's the point of having a gold membership and paying a subscription to a service that they can't garuntee
