My gold membership is not work. What is the problem?

I have bought a gold membership yesterday. But when I type the 25 character code in the x box one, it can show that there is a one year gold membership. After I ensure my code , they said that it has a problem. But I dont know what it is. So what can I do?

what features will work when i migrate?

i only just found out i can change my region which is great but then i see that some things may not work after i change, including gold membership.

i just bought a redeem code for 12months for xbox live gold, but i wont change regions till i know for sure it will work. the region i would like to change to is Trinidad & Tobago.

can someone please tell me what will and wont work if i move, and not just gold membership, i'd like to know everything that will work...

My gold membership is not reflected

Hello Duke Begins,

Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with some preview program members where new subscriptions are not correctly recorded. This was due to changes for those members in how subscriptions are stored in the database. We are working on
getting this new subscription data correctly reflected. We are also delaying MyVIP for April until this issue is resolved, to ensure that you are rewarded at the Gold level. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay.

Please be sure to check commerce.microsoft.com and click on Services & Subscriptions to ensure the membership was added.

If it was then please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down. After that unplug your modem/router for 10 seconds then plug it back in. When the net is back up and running again try turning your
console back on.

If that doesn't work or the membership is not listed at the site I posted above then please give phone support a call. If you live in North America dial 1-800-469-9269 or post back which country you live in so we can supply a number for you.

I got the same thing but on FIFA 15, the problem was that my gold membership was over. And then the "auto" live thing changed my live to a free trial version, so I tried to buy a new gold membership and it worked.

I am having problems viewing the overview and uploaded sections on any Youtube channel via the Xbox 360 Youtube app. This only happens when I am using my Xbox Live Gold membership profile. I use any other profile that doesn't have a gold membership, and
