Thanks for the reply! From what I have read the conversion only applies to an active ultimate account, so if you buy a 3 month gold membership card and add it to an active ultimate membership account it converts it to 1 month ultimate. As you can see I
am at a loose end with this as it's all pretty confusing.

They say you can only have 3 years stacked on your account, my current gold membership will expire in April so adding a year should work fine, I have stacked a couple of years in the past.

Under "Transactions" all it says is 12 Month Gold Membership 3 times, when my Gold ended last month. It doesn't say anything about the 3 Month Gold, and when I try to go onto Xbox LIVE it says I only have a free Silver membership. So I don't think the code
went through, unless I have to do something else to activate it or something?

Also I checked very carefully every time to make sure I typed the code in properly, so although I won't say there's absolutely no way I made a mistake, it's just very unlikely I did over and over again.

If you added the Gold membership in March but your account does not renew until a later date you will not see those points until the date of renewal. For example, if you added the gold on March 27 but the current membership you have does not end until April
28 the points will not add as pending until then.
