    My gold membership has stopped


    I am fully paid up for my Gold membership, yet it has suddenly stopped. I have checked my account which confirms that I am paid up to date and my auto renew is operational. I am so fed up losing points etc from the games I play because I am not a premium
    account holder, yet I am!

    Can anyone tell me why this is happening?

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    Rewards has stopped recognising my Gold membership

    Hello!

    A couple of days ago, I noticed that my Rewards account has stopped recognising that I am a Gold member. It is saying "You could be earning x% back by going Gold", yet I have had an automatically renewing Gold membership for years. Is this
    just a glitch, and will I still earn additional Gold-related rewards?

    Hi Heathen Baboon. We do see you as Gold in the program and you qualify for all Gold-related offers and benefits. Since it renewed on the 11th, our system did not get that information until now.

    Stop asking for Gold membership. You can afford it. Tomorrow, my membership is going expire, but I don't cry about it.

    Netflix freezing problem

    I too am having the locked up system upon starting Netflix. This has occurred for months now resulting in me having watch via my pc. Has this anything to do with my Live Gold running out? I ask because it stopped working around the same time my Gold membership
    ended.

    Xbox LIVE Gold Renewal Question?

    Well I'm just concerned about my consecutive years as an Xbox LIVE Gold member. I already have everything else but this settled. Because when I renewed my membership, it canceled my old membership that wasn't being paid for at the time. (Hence, why I renewed
    my membership in the first place.) So it canceled my old membership and created a new Gold membership to take it's place. Since it canceled my old one, will this stop my consecutive year(s) as an Xbox LIVE Gold Member?

    That is strange, like Geth said only not having Gold membership stops this. The only thing I can think of is that day you didn't have Gold membership
