    Gold membership being cancel for no reason

    My xbox gold membership was cancel for no reason. I also did not cancel it. I even have the receipt of paying the gold membership. I only use the gold membership for 2 weeks. my gold membership did not work :(

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    Trial cards do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. They do not work with all games or game modes. You may need a full gold subscription in order to play that game.

    If home gold that would be why

    You need to have an actual membership for 360 games with gold

    Home gold only works with Xbox one

    If 48hour trial then no that's not gold
    I have the gold membership on my account.

    Did you have a Gold membership prior to redeeming the code? You're showing as having a Gold membership now.

    Heya!

    Let's have you power cycle the console by powering it down and then unplugging it for about 5 minutes. Then plug the console back in and sign back in to see if the issue persists.

    If that does not help be sure to
    remove your account    , then power cycle and sing back in once more.

    Post back and let us know if you are still running into issues after that!
