    Basically i got my Xbox bundled with gold (the gold card was a physical one) its a 3 month subscription but it doesn't redeem i tried to redeem it many times but it doesn't redeem it just says error,please help Microsoft

    Could you post the specific error code you are receiving? Errors generally look similar to XBOS-0000 or 0x0000000. Once we have an error code we'll be able to narrow down what the issue may be.

    Bought GOLD for a year, now it's telling me I have to renew it after about 20 days of using it.

    I have this problem too. I just redeemed a 12 month xbox live gold but my xbox and the website isn't recognizing it. I can't download games with gold because it redirects me to a page where they tell me to buy a gold subscription

    Xbox Live Gold isn't attached to a console. It is attached to the account that redeemed the code. You need to sign in to the console with whatever account you used to redeem the code on your phone.

    I too cannot redeem my prepaid 12month gold xbox live membership card on my Xbox one, It says something went wrong after it already confirms that it's a valid card and what it is redeemable for,

    I do not have any fraud or suspicious behavior and I can't redeem my code, This isn't my problem either, It's MS problem like above me said, Fix it!
