my gold dosen`t work in game

when I started fortnite it came upp that I need to buy a new one but my gold is out in 2019 march. I been trying other games like gta but i can`t play online. It dosen help to start the xbox over eather.

If the subscription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
