Sorry to hear about the issue with your 14 day free trial. I'm wondering if the trial is specifically only for accounts that have never had Gold before.

I would suggest contacting an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent will be able to look up the 25 digit character / digit code and tell you what the status is.

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Please double check
http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is showing there.

If the subscription shows, try the following steps

1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account since you will need them later)
2. Perform the manual power cycle steps as mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

3. Redownload your profile

I have tried those and its not there

Depends what you are using it on

If you are trying to use it on a xbox ine but a xbox 360 game it wont work only for limited modes same on xbiox one
