My Gold discount hasn't been applied

    My Gold discount hasn't been applied


    Hey guys, I'm not sure I'm writing this to the right topic, so any help would be really appreciated.

    I have a Gold subsciption, and purchased 3 games today in the Xmas sale (Contrast, Inside+Limbo, Rayman Legends). However, my Gold discount only got applied to Contrast, and I paid the "regular" discount for the other two. Don't understand why.

    Can somebody help me with that or direct me to the proper channels?

    I just bought Red dead redemption for Deals with gold on the xbox store.

    But price discount did't applied from my gold account.

    I wanna cancel my order and refund of it.

    Valiant Hearts Gold discount not applied on the Purchase Confirmation

    The Deals With Gold discount for the Xbox 360 version of Valiant Hearts is not applied, once I reach the Purchase Confirmation.

    Discount missing from Deals with Gold store page on Xbox

    Hey Janet,

    I have a recurring annual Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription. It's still active and hasn't expired.

    I'm just letting you know that the store is not applying the normal discounts, like it should for Deals with Gold, just in case others are affected.

    All titles are on sale at their full retail price (except for ones where there's a game pass discount or another promotional discount).

    No. Discounts for Gold subscriptions and Game Pass would only apply to the account that purchases the subscription.

    It's holiday time and there are many game discounts. However, I see they all need Gold subscription for the discounts to apply. If I get the Gold subscription for a month and buy the games on discount will I be able to play them even after the gold
    subscription ends?
    I don't see why they shouldn't work, you've purchased the game.

    If price for gold applies it would give you the discount if it was a deals for gold
