    My gold disappeared?


    So I always buy a years subscription to Xbox live gold in January like I did this year. It's march. Earlier today, I got on and played just fine with friends and online games, but now when I try to play any game it tells me I need gold for that. I checked
    my subscriptions and it has literally disappeared from my account for no reason. I don't want to have to pay another $60 for something I already have. Please help

    My son has a gold membership on his 360. I don't have a gold membership. If I add my son's profile to my new Xbox One, then it will give me gold membership as well?

    please check account.microsoft.com/services to check if the subscription is showing there, if the subscription has disappeared there too, it may be best to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat via
    Contact Us | Xbox Support

    If the subscription does show there, you could try a full power cycle
    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console     and if that fails try removing your profile, restarting the console and redownloading your profile again.
