    It's not a problem, however, you will need to contact Xbox Support aka.ms/contactxboxsupport

    Make sure you have proof of purchase, serial number and a photo of it to hand.

    Yes, you can do that as long as the console wasn't damaged by the overload.

    hi sorry i took so long to reply had no working computer for a while and to answer your questions

    its plugged into a wall outlet instant on is turned of yes i have a external hard drive

    it keeps coming on at random times still lol it did it at 3am today

    change your Power Mode to Energy-Saving    ? Also, does your external hard drive connect to your Xbox One console via USB or does it have it's own power source?
