    My gifted Xbox game doesn't show up as owned and I can't install it


    Today I was redeeming The Halo:master chief collection as a gift code. I redeemed the code and it then told me if I wanted to install on other devices and I clicked on it. It was taking to long to load so I restarted the page. It the said code was redeemed then I checked on my console to see if it downloaded. It didn't work so restarted my Xbox. It didn't work again so I asked for my parent to help me with this issue. We tried to search up different things to stop the problem. They didn't work so I then went her to see if I can get help with this issue. It shows up on my transaction history as bought for 0.00. Please help me I am very confused.

    Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, once there click the icon for the Halo Masterchief Collection for you to be redirected on the product page, please scroll down and check the "Playable On". There is a possibility that you were able to obtain the PC version of the game.
