    Hello I am from Mexico and bougth two gift cards,

    the problem is that one is not active after you buy it and

    the store is not responsible and do not return my money,

    I do not know what to do, please help me.

    I live in mexico and i bought a gift card of $300, it is supposed to be active because i have the ticket and the code of activation, but when i put it on my xbox account it says "this code is not active yet".

    It would have to be done at the store or you would have to call the 800 number that should be on the gift card or the receipt to talk to someone about activating the card. Gift cards are sold by third-party retailers and Microsoft has no power to activate them
