    My gemerscore has gone


    Me and my friend were playing rocket league when suddenly we started to all of the beginners achievements. We got confused and found out that are gamerscore had been reset but when we looked at the achievements and gamerscore collected on all games it said
    we still have them all. I can confirm that we 100% did not cheat or anything as i know this can cause a reset and we are not labelled cheater on our profile. What has happened?

    Same problem.

    I lost ALL my xbox one and pc gamescore, over 100K

    I turn on my old xbox 360 and this is the result, only 135 G on xbox one

    i believe its just a bug or update that made this happen in game, it happened to me last night while playing rocket league too.

    Try and contact xbox support on twitter, it seems to be a common issue.

    It is a glitch and I have read from a support agent in another thread that the tenure should reappear around the same time as the anniversary of the account.
