My gametag is different, help me please

Eu me inscrevi para o alfa do mar dos ladrões, quando eu confirmei meu e-mail, meu gametag foi "x", mas mudou para "y" e isso me tirou do alfa, eu gostaria de organizar isso porque eu recebi o e-mail do convite para alfa, mas não consigo entrar
porque o gametag é diferente, você poderia me ajudar?

Problem with gametag

Hello my name is and I wanted to change the gametag to Blastbear when I tried to change it writes me that the gametag in use and when I tried to add the person named Blastbear to my friends it writes me that the gametag isn't exist. what can I do
to change the name to Blastbear? I need help please !

Xbox Enfocrement web site as you may have received an enforcement action reference your gamertag. If you have received an enforcement action this will prevent you from access the insider program and also play Sea of Thieves.

Are you sure you're using the same WLID that is on that GT? What is the exact error message you get when you try to Recover (forums.xbox.com/.../37357.aspx) your
profile?

Not sure what the problem here is but here's an idea for you to try. First off, try clearing your cache before recovering. If that doesn't work and you have a friend nearby who has a console, try going to their place armed with a usb stick. Try recovering
the tag to your friends console and move it to the usb stick. Hopefully that will work for you.
