    I don't know why

    Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this.

    Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

    If that doesn't work contact support directly to see what is going on with your account. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    Try to log out and log in again if that doesn't help...

    Remove your account from the console, clear your console cache and download your account again.

    I'm in the same boat as you, I was on the phone with Xbox Support for 1 hour and nothing worked, they said I have to send my xbox for repair :/
