My games won't play

This happened about a day ago, I was up late playing fifa and when I went to play again the next day the screen was stuck at the first loading screen. I'm getting tired of Messi's face and just want to play. This is also happening with titanfall!! is my
xbox messed up or can I fix this?!

i just played black ops 2 after not being able to play for 2 months and now it wont let me play it again

 

hey Triggers, you should try to do the following: while your xbox one is on press and hold power for 10 seconds until the console shuts down. Wait about 30 seconds before booting back on. when you do boot back up you should be greeted with a green splash
screen with the xbox logo. The load time wil be a bit longer then normal but that in itself is normal. Once loaded press the menu button on your controller, choose settings, then blu ray and disc, then click on persistent storage and choose the option to clear
it. Try a game and let us know if this has resolved your issue.

 

Hi, just to say I had similar problem with tomb raider, it started sticking, lagging etc and eventually was unplayable.

I followed what vashta ner4da advised and now everything is working perfectly

I am still having the same problem. Please help. Have contacted MS chat, still cant play games off discs. Set up new Xbox yesterday

 

I have seen issues such as yours Goldlocket, this seems to be an issue with quite a few folks setting up brand new Xbox ones. I suggest a power cycle,which if you have already tried my steps above you have done. If you get no joy that way best I can really
do is tell you to contact official support.
