    my games wont load


    when i play a game it goes into the game until it starts loading it continues to load but doesn't load and stays on the loading screen i recently got a xbox one its less than week old and i have tried several games like assassin's creed unity, forza horizon
    2, volgarr the viking, witcher 3 and none are loading please email me a solution if there is one

    Very slow startup and games loading

    My games wont load. Yesterday they were working fine, but today it wouldnt load.

    Having a similar problem with my S.. Game wont load to play or it freezes during play... Most of the time it takes about 5 to 10 tries to get it to load, but most of the tine it wont. Dying light is the game.

    Thanks for posting and updating us with your replies. Typically, for issues with crashing games, you may wish to check out the following article:
    "My Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay" Fortnite has
    been known to crash after their frequent updates, so the troubleshooting from the article may very helpful.

    Do note that some of these issues can be resolved by renstallingthe game and performing
    a factory reset (using keep my games & apps)
    as well.

    I hope this information helps a bit more.
