Discus and support My games wont launch in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i am able to start up every game, and it all works well until i get to right before the main menu.     My games wont launch


    i am able to start up every game, and it all works well until i get to right before the main menu. When it says «press A to play» it just loads forever and the game wont start. Experiencing this with both Fifa 19 and with elder scrolls online. It doesnt
    freeze, it just keeps loading endlessly. Netflix and apps in general work fine, this problem is only related to games, and its been like this for 36 hours now. Im a dad stuck with only the xbox as entertainment when my kid falls asleep. PLEASE HELP!

    When i launch my game It comes up with something went wrong and it gives me a code called 0x80072efe. Can someone please help me.

    Have you tried power cycling your Xbox by holding the power button for ten secs? This will generally reset issues that you are describing. Let us know if it works.

    Have you tried power cycling your Xbox by holding the power button for ten secs? This will generally reset issues that you are describing. Let us know if it works.

    Please, make sure your Windows is updated:

    Then, reset the Microsoft Store:

    Press the Windows key +R

    Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

    Restart your PC.

    Afterwards, please, download the Gaming Services Repair tool:

    https://aka.ms/GamingRepairTool

    Once downloaded, execute the file by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.

    Follow the prompts and check if the issue was resolved.

    Moving on from there, reset your network settings:

    Please, follow these steps:
