    Hello! My name is James,

    I bought 3 games a couple of days ago namely NBA 2K20, Naruto Storm 4, and Tekken 7. Upon buying them from the store I tried installing them. After a few minutes "Installation Stopped" appeared. I've talked to multiple people from the microsoft website and
    all of them gave temporary fixes. The games would install for a bit then the issue would come back again.

    Its been at least 4 days since and my installation is just 11% and it wouldn't move. My download speed averages at 15mbps and my latency is between 35-40 ms. I really need help any game wouldn't install but the apps would install perfectly.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to attend to this issue. We actually have an article on what kind of devices can be used as external hard drives here on Manage
    storage on Xbox One    .

    Check that page out and let us know if moving your games to an external hard drive helped.

    Sorry to hear it. Please try powercycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down then unplug it for 5 minutes. During this time unplug your modem/router for at least 60 seconds.

    When you plug it back in hold the Sync+Eject buttons at the same time and turn on the console. Keep holding the Sync+Eject buttons until you hear a second start up tone. This will force a reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games
    and apps and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.

    If this does not work then try installing the games to an external hard drive
