My games won't download right

Ok so, when I tried installing Bo3 on my Xbox 1s on disc when I first got it nothing was wrong and I was able to play it. But now when I tried to install it on disc again my Xbox started making this buzzing noise, and now it's happening with dead by daylight and I don't know what to do. If anyone could help I would be very greatful. (Also this is not my real account I lost the password to the one I am using if that affects anything).

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

Pre-downloading is awesome, in my opinion. As Zen mentioned, the game will download immediately, but won't be accessible until it is officially released. You won't have to wait... you just start it right up.

please try the following steps:

1. Remove the current installation for the game.

2. manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

Very sorry to hear about the issue, definitely sounds like an odd one. Are you still encountering this issue? If so, I recommend starting with a power cycle. Here's steps how!

Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until the console fully powers down.
Once the Xbox One has powered down fully, power right back on and test the results!
