My Games section on website

Hi Richard,

Thanks for reaching out! We understand this can be frustrating since you cannot see the full game entitlements for the Xbox 360 games purchased previously. I did check and it does only show Xbox One and PC game entitlements on

My Games on our website. I also know it can be a lot to look through when going through the order history.

Try signing into the Xbox App on either a PC or Mobile device, then go to My Games. It should show all the game titles there.

Give this a try and let us know how it goes

I still can only see games I've played (or at least launched) on that list, but not the rest.

Hi Richard!

Thanks for being persistent and letting us know that you are still having an issue. There is a way to view the list of games you own (but haven't necessarily played) based on Achievements.

Sign in at xbox.com.
Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Profile.
Tap or select Achievements.
From the Gamerscore Leaderboard, select your GamerTag.
Tap or select Achievements again.
From the list that appears, you may select to see All, PC, Windows Phone, Xbox One or Xbox 360.

The list will contain games you have played, as well as those you haven't as yet had the chance to enjoy.

I know there is a way to view this on the Xbox one. You can look in the ready to install section and filter it by Xbox 360 games. I know this doesn't solve the issue and it only represents the titles that are backwards compatible. Most of the Games
with Gold games are backwards compatible (anything that comes out from now on will be) so the majority of them should show up this way.

The link provided on that article to view the games on the website is exactly what i want to access to. But now it just says "no results found"
