My Games section continuous launch on startup, can't access home

You can and you can set the console as your Home so they can access it with their accounts. https://support.xbox.com/games/game-setup/my-home-xbox
However, if they want to continue playing on your console, they will no longer have access.

What the others are eluding to, the account that the Minecraft code was redeemed on, does it have the console set as it's
home console
so the other profile can access it?

If not, or the purchasing account is not logged into the console, you will get a 'do you own this game message' when trying to play on any other account. Once the account that the code was redeemed on is logged into the console, other accounts should be
able to launch and play the game.

Are you getting any specific error message when trying to launch the game under a different account, or does the game not show in the My Games and Apps section when you try to launch the game under any other account?

Launch Xbox Startup Troubleshooter
In some of the error codes, you will need to launch the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, if you don’t have access to it. While it is usually available, but in case you cannot access it, the below steps will help.

This troubleshooter lets you reset to update the Xbox One.

• Turn off your console, and remove the cords. This will make sure the Xbox is completely turned off.
• Wait for a minute, and then plug the power cord back in.
• Next, press and hold the bind button, and the eject button, and then press the Xbox Button.
  • Bind button is located on the left side of the console. It used to pair the new controller with Xbox.
  • The eject button is located on the front of the console
• Even if the Xbox Starts, continue holding the Bind and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.
• You should hear power-up tones twice. Release after you hear the second one
• This will launch the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

Do you have a Passkey assigned to the contoller?

A Passkey controller sign in resolves muted mic in my experience; it alignes your sign in account preferences, settings and Home startup screen.

A vanilla Home page usually shows the bare minimum, waiting for input to launch into imagination, and beyond.

You do not have to redownload your profile to access your content on your home Xbox.

The system will remember what profiles have that console set as their home and any digital games those profiles own will automatically show up in the ready to install section of my games and apps.

With the console being set as home for those profiles ALL other profiles on that console will then have access to those games.
