    My games opens but doesn't start


    I've bought game pass for xbox windows, so I downloaded Sniper Elite V and Forza Horizon 5. In both, the game opens, load the first ad of them, and freeze. So it's impossible to play any game by xbox game pass.

    Everything is ok with my computer, because i've already played this games before. So I would like help to solve it and be able to play.

    Let's try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly check if you have any pending updates using this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

    Kindly select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates.

    If there's nothing pending, kindly right-click the Start button on your taskbar, and then select Windows Terminal (Admin). In the Administrator: Windows PowerShell screen, type the following command and press Enter:

    Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers

    Restart your PC then try launching your games again.

    Did you try the power cycle? If that did not work try to uninstall and reinstall the game. If it still doesn't work after that try deleting and re-sycing save files.

    Normally Power Cycling will resolve this issue, But there has been a few cases were I have had to wait around 24 hours before the game hub updates
