My games keep on crashing, idk what to do

Every time i try to start or load up fallout 2 or fallout 3 it would give a recurring message about the game crashing, Error code: (0xc0000135). it also states that im missing 2 dlls, vcruntime140.dll and msvcp140.dll or something like that, it also asks for administration controls as soon as it starts up before crashing.

These two dlls are need to be downloaded from the browser, it's there you can just type the name like "vcruntime140.dll", after that you need to put these into the system32 folder. If you need I can share you the links of the two dlls where to be downloaded.

everything went perfectly but now there is an issue, another error code Error code: (0xc000007b)

any idea what error this is?

Scroll down to download these files according to your PC architecture and make sure you paste it in System32 and SysWow64 folders(A single dll file in both of these folders).
