My games freeze while playing for about 5 seconds before it just continues playing?

Have you considered uninstalling it. Then clearing the MAC address before installing again? It could be a corrupted file.

Have you tried resetting your console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds, the console will turn off and you will need to press the power button to restart it.
If it is done correctly you will see the green start up animation.

This will reset the xbox completely and might solve the problem

It happens with disc and digital and it happens so often and I dont know if I need a new console or different options??
