    My games for gold are going missing or are trial.


    Ever since the Xbox one started games for gold I've gotten almost every game. However last week I noticed one of my games was not there. I didn't get bothered until I realized it was not any my other account. Now today I'm missing 2 more games I got for
    gold.

    Games:

    Evolve ultimate edition

    Crimson dragon

    How to survive : Storm Warning Edition (is now trial version)

    These are three major games I deeply enjoy. I would love it if I can get help on what's going on.

    My Arcade games are missing/trials

    If you've transferred the licenses but you're getting the message "assigned to another console" it's an easy fix. Just queue up the download, pull up the active download on your console, select the download, then choose "Download All Items" and it'll fix
    it so everything you download will download to that console.

    My Arcade games are missing/trials

    I have several arcade games saved to this account that have been converted into trials over the process of transfer from several consoles to one another. A few have been lost in the process and since I have no way of proving I own them since I have no gamerscore
    on them, I can't really do anything about it.

    What I'm saying is that after transferring licenses from my old console(s) to my new console, a few have been lost in the process. I have gamerscore on certain arcade games such as UNO and Hexic HD but I can't play them because apparently I don't own them.
    I've transferred the licenses across but whenever I try to download them from the marketplace on Xbox.com, it claims that the license belongs to another console. I'm a bit of a completionist, so I'd like to finish up some things I've missed in the games I
    used to own (or never owned, according to Xbox Live).

    Will remaining Live Gold Trial days be added to a new gold subscription and can I get Reward points with a trial?

    This sucks, I had 2 14 day trials and 2 2 day trials, I added my 12 month gold and it canceled the trials. So now I'm going to miss that extra month of free trials,regardless if it doesn't give the full gold experience. I'm pretty *** about that

    Actually gold trial has always said you don't get the full benefits of gold

    And.all.deals with gold do.state you need a paid membrrship as per the terms and conditions of the deals and games with gold program

    If that's the one month trial, the Gold subscription won't show up in your account, since it's free and a trial.

    Try to go online and download the free games with Gold, and that should be a proof of your being on Gold.

    Please check the bottom of the box. There probably should be a black envelope with a set of codes (like game pass trial or even Gold trials, depending on the bundle).

    If the code is missing from the bundle, you'll have to contact the store where you bought the bundle from.
