My games don't work since Christmas

I don't know what I did wrong, they just don't load anymore. They all get stuck on their loading screens. I can navigate around the main Xbox menu fine though.

My Xbox is only a couple of months old. I've tried turning it off and on again. I don't know how to fix it. Do I need to find a repair shop or something? Or bring it back to the place of purchase with the warranty? Or is there some sort of hard reset I can
do?

try resetting your Xbox if that does not work uninstall them and install them again

Your problems could have been related to the issues with Xbox Live earlier, this should clear up any lingering problems.

My games all start and then claim that im not connected to Xbox Live and then kick me back to the home screen. Is this issue related to the attacks? This is happening to my friends as well as I.

 

I am having a similar problem, ever since Christmas gta v won't launch, it keeps telling me "check your connection" and when I look at the game in the market place it is displaying the price as if I don't own it.

 

Mod Burgundy having same issue. Check the game on the marketplace and see if it asks you to purchase it. I dont know why but all of my downloaded games tell me I need to purchase them again

 

I am having the same issue... All of my games purchased before Christmas are erroring out. Games purchased since seem to be working fine...

 

Update:

shortly after posting here my games started loading... I redownloaded my profile; not sure if that actually fixed it but thing appear to be working now. Only issue is that all of my games are needing to sync data with the cloud at startup.

 

I just tried a full power cycle as suggested by Maxen13.

It seems to have worked, for one game at least. Trying others now.

 

Another game is working again also. Full power cycle looks to have solved it.
